These Terms of Purchase ("Purchase Terms") govern all purchases of jewelry and related accessories made through minimalistbandstudio.com (the "Site"), operated by minimalistbandstudio ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing an order on the Site, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Purchase.

  1. Order Acceptance and Confirmation

  • Offer to Purchase: When you submit an order on our Site, you make an offer to purchase the specified products at the listed prices, applicable shipping fees, and taxes.

  • Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will issue an automated order confirmation email containing your order summary. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute formal acceptance of your order.

  • Acceptance of Order: Formal contract acceptance occurs when your payment is successfully verified, your items are allocated, and your package is formally dispatched from our fulfillment facility.

  • Order Cancellations & Refusals: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product stock unavailability, pricing or description inaccuracies, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, or suspected commercial reseller activity. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  1. Pricing and Product Information

  • Currency & Adjustments: All prices on the Site are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify product prices, promotional discounts, and shipping rates at any time without prior notice. Price adjustments will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  • Visual and Craftsmanship Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, cuts, and finishes of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, because natural gemstones (such as jade, amethyst, and quartz) and organic pearls possess inherent natural variations, and because individual computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, minor visual variations between photographs and delivered items may occur.

  1. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other approved electronic payment gateways displayed during checkout.

  • Billing Verification: By providing payment credentials, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. You authorize minimalistbandstudio and our third-party payment processors to charge the complete transaction amount (including products, shipping fees, and taxes) to your selected payment method.

  • Payment Security: All payment transactions are encrypted using secure SSL/TLS technology. We do not store or process raw credit card numbers directly on our servers.

  1. Shipping Terms & Order Values Shipping fees and thresholds are clearly disclosed at checkout and in our Shipping Policy:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 on orders between $0.00 and $48.99.

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0.00 on orders of $49.00 and above.

  • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $8.99 available on all qualifying orders. Estimated delivery across all shipping tiers is 10 to 20 business days following dispatch. Risk of loss and title to merchandise pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

  1. Returns, Refunds & Designated Location Purchases are subject to our Return Policy. Eligible returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery.

  • You must obtain prior written approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting service@minimalistbandstudio.com.

  • All returned merchandise must be sent exclusively to our designated return facility address. Packages returned without authorization or returned to unauthorized addresses will not be processed.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in verified cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

  1. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, minimalistbandstudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the specific item giving rise to the claim.
