  1. Order Processing Time All orders placed on minimalistbandstudio.com are subject to quality verification, careful packaging, and dispatch processing:

  • Processing Duration: Standard order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. During peak holiday seasons, new collection launches, or major promotional events, processing may take up to 4 business days.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after checkout. Once your package is dispatched from our fulfillment facility, a secondary shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent.

Shipping Tier: Expedited Shipping

  • Order Value: Available on all eligible orders

  • Shipping Cost: $8.99

  • Delivery Time: 10 to 20 business days (prioritized handling and expedited line-haul transit)

Note: All order values are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after any promotional discounts and coupons are applied, excluding applicable taxes.

  1. Estimated Transit and Delivery Times

  • Total Delivery Timeframe: Total transit time for both standard and expedited shipping is typically 10 to 20 business days following the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. External factors outside of our direct control—such as customs clearance delays, severe weather disruptions, national postal strikes, regional carrier volume surges, or incorrect recipient addresses—may occasionally impact actual transit duration.

  1. Tracking Your Order Once your parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you.

  • You can monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Please allow 48 to 72 hours for initial scanning updates to populate in the carrier tracking portal after receiving your dispatch notification.

  1. Address Accuracy & Modifications Customers are strictly responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout, including recipient name, apartment/suite number, postal code, and contact phone number.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact service@minimalistbandstudio.com immediately.

  • Once a package has been dispatched or handed to the carrier, we cannot alter the delivery destination, intercept the transit, or re-route the package.

  • Packages returned to our sender facilities due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels may incur reshipment fees or be subject to return deductions.

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

  • In the rare event that your tracking indicates delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, building reception desks, and neighbors, and inspect safe drop areas around your property.

  • If the parcel cannot be found within 48 hours of marked delivery, contact service@minimalistbandstudio.com for investigation assistance.

  • If your parcel arrives visibly crushed, opened, or physically damaged, photograph the damaged package before opening and contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international deliveries, orders may be subject to import duties, local value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees assessed by the destination country's government. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
